Free Cardiac Screening for GAA Clubs

November 10th, 2011

There will be a CRY Screening clinic at the University of Ulster’s Jordanstown campus on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th of November.

Please note there is no charge for people getting screened.

Screening is open to young people aged between 14 and 35 years of age. A CRY cardiologist is in attendance to read the ECG and Echocardiogram, if an Echo is required. If any further medical referral is needed, the Cardiologist is on hand to offer expert advice.

CRY encourages everyone to get screened particularly those involved in sport. They have requested that coaches and parents encourage young people that have not yet been screened to do so.

To book a slot at the clinic, go to: www.c-r-y.org.uk/ecg.htm
