Gaels urged to take care on the roads

August 4th, 2017

Supporter travelling to tomorrow’s All Ireland Quarter Final games at Croke Park are urged to exercise caution on the roads over a busy Bank Holiday weekend.

Ulster GAA, along with the RSA, Monaghan County Council and other partners are asking drivers to take care as they travel over the next 3 days; statistically a more dangerous period on our roads.

In an initiative to promote road safety awareness, McCaughey’s 24 hour Service Station on the N2 in Co. Monaghan in partnership with Ulster GAA are encouraging the thousands of Monaghan, Tyrone and Armagh supporters heading to Croke Park tomorrow to call into McCaugheys and quote the ‘Live to Play’ campaign to be entered into a draw to win a County-branded ‘Live to Play’ backpack.
