| Professional Role : Michelle is a member of the Senior Management Team with responsibility for three key operational areas: Finance Management of the Finance Section and overall financial management of Ulster GAA. This includes financial planning, reporting, budgeting and coordinating annual audits. Human Resources Acting as Ulster GAA Human Resources Manager which includes supporting the SMT and Provincial Director with HR and line Management Issues. Updating and ongoing development of the Council Operations, Policies and Procedures Manual Business Development Developing reporting systems and Business Plans to support Ulster GAA Governance development. Responsible for the operational delivery of the Governance section of the Ulster GAA Strategy 2009-2015. Administrative development including acting as line Manager of all Administrative staff Working with the Provincial Director to coordinate insurance issues |
