In this section we have included a number of educational presentations on key areas such as nutrition, hydration, performance analysis, lifestyle management, injury prevention and mental toughness. These are all key factors that our young elite athletes should be aware of.
Session Planners
We have put together session planners for 8 weeks of Development Squads Training Sessions. These should give the coaches an idea of what they should be focusing their sessions on, and managing their time with the players.
