Cumann Lúthchleas Gael Uladh
Ulster GAA, Ulster LGFA and Ulster Camogie, in collaboration with the Public Health Agency (PHA), are hosting a wellbeing event for volunteers – ‘Fóllaine: Spring Into Life’ – on Saturday 23rd March from 9.45am – 3pm in the Silverbirch Hotel, Omagh, Co. Tyrone.
The day will be compered by BBC broadcaster and Irish News columnist Lynette Fay, and will feature demonstrations and talks on mindfulness, yoga, meditation, nutritional talks, community support and general self-care.
Also included will be an informational session about about how your club can integrate a GAA For All programme into its activities.
