Provincial Directors Office

The Provincial Directors office provides administrative Support to the Provincial Director, Management Committee and Senior Staff Team. The Office also has responsibility for overall coordination of staff and departments, fixtures, event coordination, child protection, ICT and general administration.

Coaching & Games Development Department

The Coaching and Games development staff are responsible for the development of all Gaelic games. This includes implementation of strategies to increase overall participation, hurling development, football development, continuing professional development, regional development, disability games, third level development, high performance, referees development, staff development, primary schools project management and coach education and development.

Community Development, Strategy and Public Affairs Department

Community Development is responsible for Club, Volunteer and Community Development, Strategic Development, Public Affairs, Communications, Health and Wellbeing, Community Outreach and Diversity Initiatives, Urban Project development and supporting Culture, Language and Heritage.

Operations, Compliance and Infrastructure Department

Operations is responsible for supporting County infrastructure programmes, project management of Ulster Council capital projects, health and safety, compliance issues, marketing and commercial activities.

Finance, HR and Business Development Department

Finance is responsible for the financial control and compliance of the Ulster Council including financial planning, budgets, business planning, human resources and general business planning.
