Known as the Orchard County, Armagh GAA consists of 44 football clubs and 8 Hurling Clubs. The County ground and administrative headquarters is the Athletic Grounds Armagh City.

The County is managed by a County Committee with a representative from each club and executive and 11 sub-committees. The county also uses a system of divisional boards to administer its youth activities.
