CDP – High Performance Workshop

Venue: Mid Ulster Sports Arena, Cookstown

Info: Ulster GAA will be hosting a workshop that utilises the latest technology to monitor and evaluate players’ heart rate live during training and competition. The workshop will commence at 7.15 in the Mid Ulster Sports Area where a session will take place with a squad and where the equipment will be used to measure the heart rate of the performers during the session. The information collated will then be reviewed in a 45 minute workshop after the training session. This workshop should be of interest to all coaches who wish to monitoring and evaluating their training methods and the impact of their training regimes. In addition there is scope to introduce this technology to schools especially those who have sports related subject in their curriculum.
