Conditioning the GAA Player

Venue: Madden GAC Community Centre, Co. Armagh

Info: This indoor observation workshop looks at the key components for conditioning the GAA player, both male and female. The tutors will give examples of exercises that coaches should build into sessions to work on the conditioning of players and will give adaptations for all abilities and age groups. There is no need to register for this workshop, just turn up on the night.

Please note that this course is provided free of charge and is open to all coaches.
