Ulster Hurling Roadshow
On Saturday 26th February, in Dunloy GAA Academy, Ulster GAA will be holding a Full Day Ulster Hurling Road Show.
This is a jam packed Day with 6 Workshops on developing Hurling/Camogie Players and Coaches.
Special Guests on the day giving their views are Tipperary’s Eamon O’Shea & Eoin Kelly, And Former Antrim Players Shane Elliot, Johnny McIntosh, Brian McFall and Dominic McKinley.
The cost is £10.00 per coach attending.
If a club wishes to send 6 coaches the cost will be £50.00.
Lunch will also be provided.
Places can only be reserved through advanced payment.

Session 2: Nutrition & Hydration (Gavan Duffy)
11.30am
Session 1: Using Games to increase Intensity & promote decision-making (Ronan McWilliams)
Session 2: Specialised Skills: Goalkeeping, Free taking, Sidelines (Shane Elliott, John McIntosh, Brian McFall)
1.00pm LUNCH

Using Power bags & Tackle bags to facilitate functional strength in Hurling (Michael McCullough)
2.30pm
Promoting individuality, freedom of expression & risk taking into the session – Eamon O Shea & Eoin Kelly (Tipperary)
