Ticket Prices Frozen for Ulster Football Finals
Ulster GAA have taken the decision to freeze the ticket prices for the eagerly anticipated Ulster Football Final between All Ireland champions Donegal and Monaghan.
The Ulster Senior Football Final will have a 4pm throw in on Sunday 21st July at St Tiernachs Park Clones and will be preceded by the Minor Football final between Monaghan and Tyrone at 2pm. There will also be an exhibition game involving Cumann na mBunscol children from all across the province while the Monaghan team who won the Ulster Senior Football championship in 1988 will be the Jubilee guests of honour for the day.
This will be an all-ticket event, so valid tickets will need to be purchased in advance for anyone wishing to attend.
Tickets will go on sale on gaa.tickets.ie and in participating Centra & Supervalu stores from 3pm today, Wednesday 3rd July.
Commenting on the announcement of the ticket prices, Ulster GAA President Martin McAviney said:
“We are delighted to announce that we are able to freeze ticket prices once again for the Ulster Football Finals. Ulster Finals day is a very special family occasion and we are very pleased to offer concessionary priced tickets for Under 16s, Students and Senior Citizens, to ensure that this will be a day to be enjoyed by all. With Donegal chasing their third Ulster title in a row and Monaghan featuring in both the minor and senior finals, it is sure to be an incredible atmosphere in Clones on Sunday 21st July. Without doubt, Nothing Beats Being There!”
