1956 was a memorable year in the history of the GAA in Tyrone as the county won it’s very first Ulster Senior Football title when they defeated Cavan by 3-05 to 0-04. The successful team of ’56 once again took centre-stage at Clones to commemorate the 60th anniversary of their momentous win.
