GAA Healthy Clubs Roadshow – Final Chance to Register
A small number of spaces have become available for Ulster’s Healthy Club Roadshow in Ulster University, Jordanstown this Saturday 1st April, from 10am – 2pm.
The Ulster Roadshow is the last of four provincial events which have taken place over the past few months, and have been hugely successful.
Roadshow Ambassadors who provide a fascinating contribution to how the GAA has shaped their life, include:
– Mickey Harte – community engagement and support
– Philly McMahon – emotional wellbeing and mental fitness
– Anna Geary – healthy eating and health promotion
– Michael Fennelly – physical activity
One of the most common questions clubs wish to know about implementing health and wellbeing in their club is “what can we do and where do we start”? Saturday will provide plenty of inspiration and ideas for all clubs in this regard.
The event is FREE with lunch provided. Clubs can register up to 4 members here
