Dungiven defeated Crana College by 7-5 to 4-4 and then Coláiste Feirste by 5-9 to 3-8 with Shea Millar (4-6) and Tiarnan O’Neill (3-6) their main scorers with a special mention for Player of the Day Dara McGonigle at full-back.
St Patrick’s are also through to the Danske Bank Noone Cup, also hurling, to be played on Monday when they face St Patrick’s Dungannon in the semi-final with St Malachy’s Belfast and Cathair Dhoire in the other side of the draw.
