Last chance for Gaels to register for Club Together online conference
Hundreds of delegates have signed up for the Ulster GAA ‘Club Together’ Conference, supported by Bank of Ireland, which takes place online tomorrow from 9:15am.
With an impressive line-up of guests, MC for the day, BBC Sport NI commentator Thomas Niblock, will have no shortage of intriguing conversation. GAA personalities including Tyrone’s All Ireland winning joint manager Feargal Logan and former GAA Uachtarán Aogán Ó Fearghail from Cavan, and Fiona Teague from the Public Health Agency, will set the stage for a great morning.
The guest speakers will explore the evolving work of GAA clubs in every corner of Ulster and the importance of looking after our volunteers. With contributions from Feargal McCormack St Peter’s Warrenpoint; Mark Conway Kildress Wolfe Tones, Áine Daly & Anne-Marie McLaughlin from Buncrana GAA and Jimmy Smyth from Clan na Gael Lurgan, there will be plenty of advice and snippets that club members can take away and implement in their own clubs.
The conference will be interactive, and delegates will be able to ask questions and take part in polls. Another highlight will be Ulster and Ireland Rugby legend Stephen Ferris giving his thoughts on the GAA and its role within communities across Ireland.
The morning event will also give delegates a snapshot of the work carried out by Ulster GAA and will showcase new initiatives, while reflecting on the role of the GAA club during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This is a conference not to be missed for Gaels across Ulster.
Everyone is welcome to attend and it’s FREE to access. Limited spaces are still available by registering at clubtogetherconference2022.eventbrite.co.uk
