Spectator information ahead of Ulster Championship Final weekend
The Ulster Senior Football Championship Final is here, with Armagh and Donegal going head-to-head in Clones for the Anglo-Celt Cup.

Ulster GAA, Monaghan County Council and An Garda Síochána have issued advice ahead of this weekend’s Final:
Travel
- This a sold-out fixture. There is expected to be significant match day traffic in Clones and in surrounding areas, so please allow sufficient time when planning your journey
- For those travelling by car, please park your vehicle with consideration for local residents and businesses
- Buses are asked to follow direction from the Gardaí on match day, and when parking to be mindful of local residents and businesses
- Car parking area and routes to Clones town centre are detailed below:
Entering St Tiernach’s Park
- Turnstiles shall open at 1.45pm
- The areas surrounding and including the grounds and from the bottom of Church Hill are ‘alcohol-free’ areas and there will be bag searches at all entry points to the grounds.
- Please note that flares, smoke canister and fireworks are not permitted, and anyone found in possession of a flare shall be ejected from the stadium.
- Ulster GAA hopes the match will be enjoyed by all and would remind those attending to behave in a manner befitting of the reputation of their county.
Ticket Entry
- This is a sold-out fixture. Please allow for sufficient time to gain entry to the grounds.
- Tickets are section specific and can only be used for entry to that specific part of the ground.
- If you have a digital ticket, please ensure to download in advance as mobile service is limited at the grounds.
- Entry to the Gerry Arthurs Stand is via Turnstiles 29-36 only. The seating inside the stand is fully reserved.
- Entry to the Pat McGrane Open Seating area is via Turnstiles 11-18 and 45-46 only. The seating is fully reserved.
- Entry to the Eastern Stand is via the Roslea Road Entrance to the ground only via Turnstiles 41-44. The seating is fully reserved.
- Entry to the Hill Terrace is via Turnstiles 1-10 and 49-50 only. Juveniles are permitted to enter the Hill Terrace with a via a valid ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.
- Entry to the O’Duffy Terrace is via Turnstiles 19-26 only.
- Match day programmes are available inside the grounds priced at £5/€5 (cash only)
- Please adhere to all Ground Regulations when inside the venue.
Match Day Entertainment
- There will be food and drinks available in all areas of the grounds
- There will be hot food available in the Eastern Stand and Hill Terrace areas of the grounds
- International Celtic Rock band ‘More Power to Your Elbow’ will be performing live on the pitch from 2.30pm to 3.15pm
- The Ulster GAA FanZone will be located at the entrance of the Pat McGrane Stand/Hill Terrace, where fans can get their picture taken with the Anglo-Celt Cup and take part in the SpeedShot game.
- The Q Radio Crew will also be at the FanZone and on the pitch before the game with merchandise giveaways
- Young children representing Cumann na mBunscol from across the province are playing from 3.05pm
- St Mary’s Brass & Reed Band Kingscourt will parade the pitch with both participating teams prior to throw-in
- There will be a special Jubliee presentation to the 1999 Ulster Championship-winning Armagh team at half-time.
- A Pop-Up Gaeltacht will be located outside the Gerry Arthurs Stand

Match Day Information – Ulster Championships 2024
- No matchday sales will occur at any Ulster GAA Championship games
- All Ulster Championship fixtures are ticketed fixtures with all attendees requiring a ticket.
- Tickets for Electric Ireland Ulster Minor Championship fixtures can be purchased at ulster.gaa.ie/tickets
- Refunds/exchanges are not permitted.
- All tickets will be scanned on entry to the ground. No ticket, no entry.
- Ulster GAA define juvenile tickets as those under the age of 16 and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children aged 2 or under do not require a ticket.
