Derry and Donegal have claimed the two automatic semi-final spots in the Dalata Hotel Group Ulster U20 Football Championship as group winners.
The Oak Leafers joined already qualified Donegal to go through Group B unbeaten with a 1-26 to 2-13 win over Cavan at Kingspan Breffni Park.
All-Ireland champions Tyrone finished second in Group A as they easily overcame Antrim by 2-24 to 0-10 at Dungannon, and will have to contest a quarter-final.
Derry made their move early, with Ryan McNicholl providing the assist for Johnny McGuckin to palm home a goal after just four minutes.
They had points from Eamon Young, Jude Bryson, McNicholl and McGuckian to take control, and by the interval, they had built up a commanding 1-15 to 0-2 lead.
Cavan raised their game after the break, staging a strong fightback with goals from Cian Keaney and Ben Tully, but the Oak Leafers regained control.
Further scores from Young, McNicholl and McGuckian saw them safely over the line and into the semis.
Tyrone moved into the quarter-finals as group runners-up with a 2-24 to 0-10 victory over Antrim 0-10 at Dungannon.
The Red Hands led by 0-6 to 0-2 after 20 minutes, with Ruairi McCullagh on target three times, and points coming also from Lorcan McMurray (2) and Conall Sheehy.
But Antrim closed the gap with tehri second two-pointer of the game, Corey Walsh adding to Paul Duffin’s earlier effort.
But Tyrone pressed further ahead through Liam Lawn, with McCullagh and Conor O’Neill both hitting two-pointers.
Lorcan Phillips knocked over a couple of scores late in the half for the Saffrons to narrow the gap, but at the break, the holders held a 0-12 to 0-7 advantage.
McCullagh, Lawn and O’Neill all added to the Tyrone tally, before skipper Joey Clarke came off the bench to charge through for a point.
And another sub, Shea McDermott, hit the net on 48 minutes to put the game well beyond the visitors.
And McMurray sealed the victory in style with his side’s second goal on 60 minutes.
Armagh picked up their first win of the series, defeating Monaghan by 3-16 to 2-14 at the Box-It Athletic Grounds.
The Farney lads led by 1-11 to 1-7 at half-time, but the home side turned it around with goals from Diarmuid O’Rourke and James Austin.
The group stage will be wrapped up on Thursday evening with Fermanagh’s meeting with Down at Tempo.
