Ulster GAA and the An Garda Síochána have issued advice ahead of this weekend’s Ulster Senior Football Championship Final.

Travel

  • This a sold-out fixture. There is expected to be significant match day traffic in Clones and in surrounding areas. Please allow sufficient time for your journey.
  • For those travelling by car please park with consideration for local residents and businesses.
  • Buses are asked to follow direction from the Gardai on match day and to be mindful when parking of local residents and businesses.
  • St Tiernach’s Park and Peace Link Centre are official car parks and strictly ticket-only. They cannot facilitate blue badge parking and that whilst external car parks have been made available, space will be at a premium. 

Entering St Tiernach’s Park

  • Turnstiles will open at 1.45pm
  • The areas surrounding and including the grounds and from the bottom of Church hill are ‘Alcohol Free’ areas and there will be bag searches at all entry points to the grounds.
  • Please note that flares are not permitted and anyone found in possession of a flare shall be ejected from the stadium.
  • Ulster GAA hopes the match will be enjoyed by all and would remind those attending to behave in a manner befitting of the reputation of their county.
  • Entry to the ground via Church Hill shall close at 3.30pm and all patrons will be directed to the ground via Roslea Road.

Ticket Entry

  • This is a ‘sold out’ fixture. Please allow for sufficient time to gain entry to the grounds.
  • Tickets are section specific and can only be used for entry to that specific part of the ground.
  • If you have a digital ticket please ensure to download in advance as mobile service is limited at the grounds.
  • Entry to the Gerry Arthur’s Stand is via Turnstiles 29-38 only. The seating inside the stand is fully reserved.
  • Entry to the Pat McGrane Open Seating area is via Turnstiles 11-18 and 45-48 only. The seating is fully reserved.
  • Entry to the Eastern Stand is via the Roslea Road Entrance to the ground only via Turnstiles 39-44. The seating is fully reserved.
  • Entry to the Hill Terrace is via Turnstiles 1-10 and 49-50 only.
  • Entry to the O’Duffy Terrace is via Turnstiles 19-28 only.
  • Match day Programmes will be available inside the grounds priced at £5/€5 (cash only)
  • Please adhere to all Ground Regulations when inside the venue.

Match Day Entertainment

  • There will be food and drinks available in all areas of the grounds.
  • There will be hot food available in the Eastern Stand and Hill Terrace areas of the grounds.
  • The Whistlin’ Donkeys will perform a live set on the pitch from 2.15pm to 3.00pm.
  • The Ulster GAA Fan Zone will be located at the entrance of the Pat McGrane Stand/Hill Terrace, with the Anglo-Celt Cup and face painting.
  • A Pop-Up Gaeltacht, face painters and the Ulster GAA Speed Shot shall be located in the Eastern Stand.
  • Young children from across the province will play from 3.05pm representing Cumann na mBunscol.
  • St Mary’s Brass and Reed Band Kingscourt will parade the pitch with both participating teams prior to throw in.
  • Q Radio will be in attendance with an on-pitch jersey give-away and the Roadcaster providing pre-match entertainment at the Hill Terrace Entrance.
  • There shall be a special Jubilee presentation to the Tyrone 2001 Ulster Championship winning team at half-time.

Match Day Information – Ulster Championships 2026

  • No matchday sales will occur at any Ulster GAA Championship games
  • All Ulster Championship fixtures at U17, U20 and senior are all ticket fixtures with all attendees requiring a ticket.
  • Tickets can be purchased at https://ulster.gaa.ie/tickets/
  • Refunds/exchanges are not permitted.
  • All tickets will be scanned on entry to the ground.?No ticket, no entry.
  • Tickets must be purchased online or at selected stores in advance.

  • Ulster GAA define juvenile tickets as those under the age of 16 and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children aged 2 or under do not require a ticket.
