Workshop Overview
Irish FA Grants Officer Richard Forsythe will provide a short presentation on funding for sports clubs. The presentation will look at ways to:
- Increase prospects of securing Funding for your club
- Identify potential new funding sources
- Learn other fundraising ideas and techniques
Ulster Rugby Marketing Manager Damian Kelly will focus on ‘Promoting and Marketing your Club’. This presentation will concentrate on:
- Marketing fundamentals for sports clubs
- Building a strong and consistent presence in your local community
- Easy wins and top tips to enhance your marketing activity
Ulster GAA Club and Community Development Officer Fionntán O’Dowd will speak on various ways clubs can manage volunteers. This presentation will explore how clubs can:
- Encourage People to Volunteer
- Keep New and Current Volunteers on Board
- Develop a Recruitment Strategy
