Fóllaine: Spring Into Life


Ulster GAA, Ulster LGFA and Ulster Camogie, in collaboration with the Public Health Agency (PHA), are hosting a wellbeing event for volunteers –  ‘Fóllaine: Spring Into Life’ – on Saturday 23rd March from 9.45am – 3pm in the Silverbirch Hotel, Omagh, Co. Tyrone.

The day will be compered by BBC broadcaster and Irish News columnist Lynette Fay, and will feature demonstrations and talks on mindfulness, yoga, meditation, nutritional talks, community support and general self-care.

Also included will be an informational session about about how your club can integrate a GAA For All programme into its activities.

  • The event is free of charge. Numbers are restricted, so please book early to avoid disappointment
  • Fóllaine: Spring Into Life is open to all, regardless if members of your club have already registered to attend
  • Although the day is not active, participants should be comfortably dressed
