This week sees the progression into the final knock-out stages for some clubs across Intermediate and Senior divisions in both the Down Hurling and Football Club Championships.
The clubs who have won their two matches to date are straight into the quarter-finals and find themselves with a bye week this weekend. However, the back door teams from the winners section in Round 1 now will face the winners of the Round 2 fixtures. So it is all to play for in Round 3 for those who have not secured their position yet.
Due to the current circumstance that we find ourselves in, the losers of the first two rounds will now have to play-off to determine which grade of the championship they will play next yea. This takes place along with our Junior Championship Quarter finals which will be played next weekend.
Times, dates and venues for the Parador Lodge Junior Football Quarter Finals and the Parador Lodge Intermediate Relegation Semi Finals are:

This year Down GAA had joined forces with Pairc TV, who are streaming a number of the senior championship games each week. This is particularly welcomed due to the limited numbers of spectators allowed to attend the games.
