Ticket Terms & Conditions

Purchase, Payment & Cancellation

  1. The Competition Ticket is not team specific and valid for all games in the Competition for 2020.
  2. All holders will be admitted to the semi-final and finals regardless of participants.
  3. In the event that a Credit Card or Debit Card payment fails following initial purchase, Ulster GAA reserves the right to cancel the Competition Ticket.
  4. Competition Tickets may be purchased via Ulster GAA Offices or our website on www.ulstergaa.ie. A Credit or Debit Card shall be required for purchase and
    1. the cost for Bank of Ireland Dr McKenna Cup is £18 per ticket.
    2. the cost for Ulster GAA Competition Ticket is £85 per ticket.

Personal Details

  1. The purchaser shall be required to select a team. The purchaser will also be required to provide the following information:
    1. Full name
    2. Address
    3. Mobile phone number
    4. Active email address
  2. For purchasers of more than one ticket it the purchaser will also be required to provide additional names to tickets.ulster@gaa.ie

Operation

  1. The purchaser consents to the use of email and SMS as the means of communication for all information regarding the Ticket and Games.
  2. Ulster GAA shall issue the Competition Ticket in the form of a card. This card shall bear: the name of the Ticket holder, a unique registration number, team they are registering as supporters of, and all relevant Ulster GAA Branding.
  3.  The Competition Ticket shall be required in order to gain entry to each match attended.
  4. The Competition Ticket grants access to all games including both semi-finals and the final regardless of who is participating.
  5. The holder is required to arrive at the ground at least 20 minutes prior to throw-in.
  6. There are no concession refunds or rebates (e.g. student, senior citizen) of any kind applicable to the Competition Ticket.
  7. The Competition Ticket permits entry to the ground and is unreserved.

Ticket Rules

  1. The Competition Ticket cannot be re-sold at any stage.
  2. Ulster GAA reserves the right to request identification to confirm the identity of the Competition Ticket Holder.
  3. It is prohibited for any other party to sell, advertise or offer to sell his or her Competition Ticket to any person.
  4. It is prohibited for any other party to sell, advertise or offer to sell tickets received on foot of the Competition Ticket to any person.
  5. This Competition Ticket or any tickets received on foot of the Competition Ticket shall not be used as a prize in any lottery or competition or for any promotional or advertising purpose unless expressly authorised in writing by Ulster GAA.
  6. It is the duty of the recorded Competition Ticket Holder (i.e. the person named on the Competition Ticket) to ensure that no improper use is made of the Competition Ticket or any tickets received on foot of the Competition Ticket.
  7. Purchase of the Competition Ticket shall constitute acceptance and agreement to adhere to the GAA Venue Regulations (see GAA.ie).
  8. Each Ticket will only allow entry for one person for each fixture.

General

  1. In no event shall Ulster GAA be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental special or punitive damages or losses experienced while attending games under the terms of The Competition Ticket Scheme.
  2. The Competition Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify Ulster GAA and hold Ulster GAA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees harmless for any loss, liability, claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of the use of the Competition Ticket.
  3. Ulster GAA may make changes and update these terms and conditions at any time without further notice to you. It is the sole responsibility of the Competition Ticket Holder to check the terms and conditions periodically, because continued use of the Competition Ticket will mean acceptance of all changes and updates.
  4. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, The Competition Ticket Holder expressly consents to use and disclosure of your personal information for internal purposes by Ulster GAA.
  5. Purchasers of The Competition Ticket are bound by all of the Terms and Conditions as set out above.
  6. Ulster GAA may forthwith cancel any Ticket if there has been any breach of these terms and conditions or misuse of the Ticket.
