Ulster GAA launch Online Mental Health Awareness Training Programme

As we move into the winter months, Ulster GAA, in partnership with Inspire and the Public Health Agency, are hosting a series of online workshops designed to help our members look after their mental health.

All the workshops are developed by Inspire Associates, and are delivered with the GAA volunteer in mind. All workshops are free of charge, and people must register on the Eventbrite links below to participate.

Topics covered include:

Tackling Mental health: What’s the Score?

Understand how to support people who are dealing with mild / moderate mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Understand how to promote a culture of positive mental health.
