Over the weekend, Ulster hosted the All Ireland Scór na nÓg final in the Hillgrove Hotel in Monaghan, for the first time since 2017.
There was a wonderful display of talent from across the country and the standard of the acts was incredibly high. Ulster was strongly represented by:

- Aghaderg/Ballyvarley GAA- Down, Naomh Columba- Donegal, Scotstown GAA- Monaghan – Quiz
Eight different clubs, from seven different counties, and from four different provinces, were crowned All-Ireland Champions. Ulster came away with three titles as Naomh Columba, Donegal won the quiz title, Niamh Noade won the solo singing with a mesmerising performance of “Coinleach Glás an Fhómhair” and Enniskillen Gaels clinched the Novelty Act title after a fabulous performance of a brilliantly scripted act.
Uachtarán CLG, Jarlath Burns, opened the competitions on Saturday morning at the quiz and Ulster GAA President, Michael Geoghegan, presented the medals to the winners.
Ulster Scór Chairperson, Bronagh Lennon, said:
“Saturday was a wonderful occasion for Scór in Ulster. I would like to thank Monaghan GAA and Cultural Officer Mickey Corrigan for being wonderful hosts and also to Tricia Ní Chearra and Ciaran Mag Uidhir from Ulster GAA for their assistance. A huge thank you also to the National Scór Committee, led Paula Magee from Mayobridge and Jamie Ó Tuama, for ensuring that the day was a success. Scór showcases our culture and embeds a love of all things Irish in the hearts of our youth and it was clear that it is very much alive in our Province, thanks to the support of parents, mentors and clubs who inspire these young people to compete and enjoy our competition.”
