Fifteen young GAA members from across Ulster are spending their summer building valuable leadership skills through the GAA’s Dermot Earley Youth Leadership Programme.
Delivered by Ulster GAA in partnership with Foróige, the initiative supports young people aged 15–18 to become more active leaders within their clubs and local communities.
The programme focuses on developing confidence, teamwork and leadership through three engaging modules, combining facilitated workshops with independent learning. By taking part, participants are gaining the skills and experience needed to make a positive difference both on and off the playing field.
