Ulster GAA Activities Update

In regard to GAA activities we know a lot more now than what we did when we went into lockdown in mid-March.

A number of our early season competitions and initiatives have now been cancelled and the annual Cúrsa Shéamuis de Faoite Course, which was scheduled for mid-July, will not take place in 2020.

The Ulster Minor Football Championship which was due to commence on 18 April has been re-structured to allow for it taking place on a straight knock-out basis should GAA activity resume.

At that stage we were hopeful that we would be able to begin the Ulster Championship at some stage over the summer but as every day passes this becomes increasingly unlikely.

Ulster GAA are now planning for the probable scenario that there may be no Ulster Championship before the end of our accounting year on 31 October 2020.
