Unfortunately over the past number of years we are seeing an increase in the frequency, and seriousness of One Punch and off the ball incidents which are taking place within our Games.
The consequences for both the victim, and the perpetrator, are also getting more serious, and potentially more long-term. Ulster GAA have developed an 11-minute long One Punch Can Kill video which we are asking all clubs to take ownership, in ensuring it is rolled-out to all their teams aged from U14 through to adult level.
