New social media campaign aims to improve mental health

Ulster GAA in partnership with the Public Health Agency (PHA) is launching a new social media campaign aimed at improving mental and emotional wellbeing. The social media campaign is based around Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing and includes short films featuring five Ulster GAA Mental Health Ambassadors.

Young Volunteer makes big impact in Loughmacrory

In support of World Blood Donor Day this Wednesday, June 14th, Ulster GAA has teamed up with the Irish Blood Transfusion Service, Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service and the Public Health Agency, to raise awareness of this vital service, and ultimately to increase blood donations through our “Blood Sub” campaign.
