Welcome to The Ulster Council GAA Website

The Ulster Council is one of five provincial councils of Ireland’s largest amateur sporting, community and cultural organization, Cumann Lúthchleas Gael.  The Council has responsibility for the promotion of Irish Culture and Heritage through the development of the games of Hurling, Gaelic Football, Rounders and Handball in the Province of Ulster.

Ulster GAA is also closely associated with the Ulster Camogie Council and Ulster Ladies Football Council and assist in the promotion and development of both the games of Camogie and Ladies Gaelic Football.

The Ulster Council has nine constituent County Boards representing 580 community based GAA clubs and 250,000 volunteer members.

The Headquarters of the Ulster Council GAA is in Armagh City.
