This is the process and circumstances under which Association Property is to be used and how ownership of the property is managed and controlled.
All Association Property should only be used for the purpose of and in connection with the playing of the games controlled by the Association, and for such other purposes which accord with the aims of the association that may be sanctioned by Central Council.
Currently property is vested in a number of Trustees to be held in Trust for the benefit of the members and the association. The Trustees can be individuals and or the Corporate Trustee. All Trustees operate on instruction of the club committee. The committee in turn must adhere to the protocols laid down regarding borrowings, leases and other finance & governance requirements.
