Ulster Football Club Leagues Winners 2018

The 2018 Ulster Club Senior and Intermediate Football League Finals were held on Sunday 25th March and produced two very close encounters.
Eoghan Rua, Coleraine overcame Tyrone’s Dromore in the Senior Final with Laragh United defeating Stewartstown Harps in the Intermediate game.

Provincial Secretary Addresses Grassroots Peacebuilding Conference

To mark the twentieth anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement, the Irish School of Ecumenics at Trinity College, Dublin is holding a one day conference focusing on grassroots peacebuilding in Northern Ireland. Ulster GAA Provincial Secretary, Brian McAvoy was invited as one of the speakers to reflect on the work of the GAA and give his assessment of the progress made to overcome social division and the legacy of violence. 

Irish News School, Club and Volunteer Awards

In a bid to respond to the growing importance of the work being undertaken by clubs and schools in terms of developing and promoting all aspects of the GAA, a range of new categories introduced in the Irish News School, Club and Volunteer Awards that will create further opportunities for potential new entrants.

Scór Sinsear Uladh 2018 Semi Final Results

The Semi Finals of Scór Sinsear Uladh were held over the weekend in Burtonpoint, Dún na nGall agus Glenavy, Aontroim

The winners will now progress to the Ulster Final in Silverbridge, Co. Armagh on 24th March at 5pm.

Busy Weekend of Underage Re-Fixtures Ahead

After the snowy weather conditions of last week saw a wipe out of the planned fixtures schedule across the province, this weekend will welcome the start of a number of underage competitions for our counties in Ulster. The Bank of Ireland Celtic Challenge, The Jim McGuigan Minor Football League and the Buncrana Cup will all have game time.
