Adult club players have progressed through the junior club and schools stages. Most want to play our games for enjoyment and companionship and to be part of the community team. The challenge for the coach is to keep it fun and make sure all players get an opportunity to participate.
The embedding of second and third teams is essential at this phase and where players are moving towards retirement, the development of recreational teams and keep fit opportunities.
Active Clubs have active participation after playing and the development of a Community Coach with these skills is a new concept that we are reviewing.
