F3 – Youth Building Better Players (12 – 17 years)

At this phase, we revisit the building better players resource and access the advanced activities bringing the focus more onto game sense, skill development and the ability to make decisions.

It needs to be fun and challenging and basic movement skills from F1 – F2 are built into basic athletic movement skills. This prepares the players for more advanced athletic movement skills as they move through this phase and when they link with programmes in schools and in county development squads.
