The GAA competition system draws the exceptional players in clubs into the talent and high-performance county-based programmes.
The T1-T4 & E1 spaces on the FTEM framework requires careful management of players, support staff and coaches. Players who don’t come into the talent pathway also require support through our club and school systems. They may enter the pathway at a later stage.
Cooperation and cohesion is key to ensuring our systems are joined up and working together.
