Performance opportunities continue at club level for youth and adults (F3), but players that show potential can be drafted into the talent space (T-T3), where counties and schools are actively nurturing talent.
Competitions for both schools and academies take place both on a Provincial and inter- Provincial basis, with an emphasis on player development. Within this space, players engage in performance environments in post-primary and Further and Higher Education that encourages development.
As we move forward we will address the challenge to provide more games opportunities for players.
